Machine caters for tray/tubs up to 220 x 170 mm in 1 Line. Others subject to discussion
Suitable for any sealable tray/tubs i.e. PP. PE. PET. PVC. and Cardboard
Sealing jig with profile cut on sealing film (About 2 mm film lip from tray edge)
Throughput - around 18 cycle/minute. 2 Lines 36 cycle/minute
Seal/cut pneumatic operation, centrally controlled by PLC.
Electrical power supply : 110/220VAC, 10A, 50/60Hz
Pneumatic compressed air supply required: 600KPa, 600L/M.
