Detailed Product Description
Sealing Functions:
The machine is capable of sealing different materials including PP, PE, Paper, Foil, PET, etc. The air cylinder will push down the upper mould creating stable air pressure, which provides fast and good sealing. The sealing and the cutting process are done at the same time.

Structural:
All structural parts are constructed with Aluminum alloy. Internal parts are CNC machined for tighter tolerance and smooth edges and surfaces. Parts are processed for resistance to oxidation. All external components and the machine shell are made of easy-to-clean Stainless Steel. The Container Acceptor Arm uses high quality ball-bearing slides.

Advanced Design:
The microcomputer-based design allows for maximum flexibility while still remaining user-friendly. Parts that need to be cleaned or maintained are designed for easy access and quick removal with butterfly nuts. Many removable parts make for quick repair and convenience. Film guide rods have side O-rings to prevent film drifting to the side during use. Extra guides insure a higher seal success rate.

Safety:
No gears or chains anywhere in the machine that could pinch fingers or clothing. Patented front Safety Board avoids accidental hand insertion or improper container placement. Side safety boards designed to protect against any possibility of finger insertion.

Superior Heater Unit:
High-quality Aluminum Alloy Block. Reaches desired operational temperature quickly and resistant to temperature loss. Heater unit is temperature stable, designed for durability.

Sophisticated Receptor Ring:
The Container Acceptor Ring can handle varying container heights.

Electrical:
Many redundant fuses protect computer and electrical circuitry. Optical sensors control film feed that provides self-calibration with EVERY seal. Optical sensors for automatic container detection. Touch button operation for control circuitry. Easily cleanable front panel. Features digital resettable daily counter and machine lifetime counter.
